Jasmine has dedicated her career to inspiring Australia’s next generation of STEM professionals. She’s worked in science publishing for more than 15 years, including as editor of Double Helix and Cosmos magazines. In 2023, Jasmine won the CSIRO Chief Executive Professional Development Award for her contributions to youth STEM publishing across Australia. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science (Genetics), and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (History and Philosophy of Science), both from the University of NSW. She’s also completed postgraduate studies in Arts (Writing and Editing) through Swinburne University as well as Marketing Communications with the University of Canberra. In her spare time, Jasmine is a prolific songwriter and cellist.
